Shipping

Kindly note, from 1st of January 2021 all orders shipping to and from the EU into the UK will have customs duty and tax charges applied to them. This is a new government restriction imposed due to Brexit on all orders above the threshold of £135/150 €. As the HALO warehouse is located in Belgium, we will be covering all customs duty and import VAT charges associated with orders above £135/150 €. If however you do receive a DHL customs invoice, please contact our customer service team at europehelp@haloinnovations.com

Complimentary Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all consumer orders over €65 shipping to Europe. All prices are in EUR, including VAT where applicable. If you are resident outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (the “United Kingdom”) and require delivery outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for applicable taxes and custom fees according to your country’s policy. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

Our European website ships to most European countries. Orders placed before 12:00 GMT will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 GMT will be processed the next day. Returns

Return Policy

We hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, not to worry. We will happily accept returns for unused merchandise in its original condition at time of purchase in accordance with our terms and conditions of supply.  

For products purchased on HALOSleep.co.uk, you have the right to cancel your order within 28 days starting the day after you receive the products. We offer a full refund if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. You must send the product back to our head office in London, within 14 days of telling us that you wish to return the product. Please note that the shipping cost of a returned product is at your expense. We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for products lost in transit.
